This page displays the proposal information such as Letting ID, the number of proposals, messages from the Agency, etc.
A table is also displayed which contains the Contract ID, the Call Order, the County, and the Description.

Contract ID
If you click on a particular Contract ID and call order, BidX will display the information specific to that contract ID and call order, including a detailed description, date revisions or amendments, the call order, items, alternates, descriptions, prices, and quantities used in the proposal.

Also Available
Under this heading are downloadable files pertaining to the proposal. The following is a list of common options you might find under this heading.

All Bid Tabulations as Comma-separated and Tab-separated values allows you to download all of the bid tabulations as either comma-separated or tab-separated formated files for use in other programs such as Lotus or Excel spreadsheets.

Bid Summary Results is a display of the Call Order, County, Company Name, and a summary of the amount bid for that call order. This display can be printed or the file can be downloaded.

The Apparent Bid Results (or Bids as Read) is display of the Call Order, County, Company Name, and the amount bid for each call number. This is a near real-time file that is uploaded by the Agency on letting day at the time of the bid opening. After the bids are received by the Agency, the Agency then starts submitting the bid results online to the Bid Express website.

All EBS and Amendment Files as an EBLIB File takes all of the available EBS and Amendment files for that letting and places them in a downloadable zip file called an EBLIB file. After downloading the file, it may be accessed using the Expedite Bid program.

Proposal Data Below as Comma-Separated Values or Tab-Separated Values allows you to download the proposal data shown in the table in a comma separated value format or a tab separated format for use in other programs.

Notice To Contractors displays the official letting notice to the contractors, as released by the Agency, describing the details of the letting. This display may be printed or saved and downloaded as a text file.

DBE.BIN File takes you to the file download area where you can download the Disadvantaged Business Enterprises binary file. This file is required if any proposal contains a DBE section. Save this downloaded file to your Expedite Bid directory.

Corrected Bids As Read is a display of the corrected, submitted bids.

There may also be other options, such as a DBE directory, or an Awards Summary. This will depend on the State Department of Transportation.
